uMntfwanenkhosi Vuyolwethu Dlamini is a financial services professional with more than 20 years in the industry and over a decade at the helm of Indalo Africa Financial Solutions.

Before founding Indalo Africa in 2014, he built his expertise within South Africa's Blue Chip financial institutions, developing deep knowledge across financial planning, investment advisory, retirement structuring, and risk management. Co-Director
Miss Nothando Nhlengethwa
Co-Director: Operations and Client Services

Miss Nhlengethwa is the operational backbone of Indalo Africa. She holds responsibility for the systems, processes, and client service standards that determine how the firm delivers on its promises every day.

She holds a BCom in Business Management from the University of the Free State, completed Cum Laude. Her academic performance earned her a formal tutoring contract with UFS, where she taught second-year Business Management students. That contract was offered to her again this year. She chose instead to pursue her financial planning career, completing her first semester of Honours in Investment Management at the University of Johannesburg and currently in her second semester. Turning down a guaranteed contract to back her own professional ambition says everything about who she is.

A Golden Key Society member and recipient of a partial CFA scholarship, she brings genuine analytical depth to her operational role. Alongside the CEO, she completed the full two-year Aurik Asset of Value enterprise development programme (2023 to 2025), funded by PSG Employee Benefits Limited as a formal B-BBEE enterprise development contribution — through which Indalo Africa built its institutional-grade systems and delivery infrastructure. Certified 24 July 2025. She is the firm's Systems Architect, holding the mandate for operational excellence, process integrity, and client service delivery.

As Provincial General Manager at Old Mutual Gauteng (2012 to 2021), he achieved an R931 million sales target through disciplined provincial management. Most recently, he served as General Manager at Momentum Metropolitan (2022 to 2024), championing sales strategies across Gauteng, North West, and the Free State and building institutional stakeholder relationships at provincial level.
